We are a fully licensed and insured design-build remodeling firm based out of New York City and serving Manhattan. We will manage your remodeling project from concept to completion – listening to your vision, creating design plans first, and then managing your project through to construction completion.

Consultation & estimate
First, we’ll come to your apartment and listen to your vision. Then we’ll follow up with an estimate.

Design planning & approvals
Next, we’ll create design plans to ensure your vision is acted on appropriately. Once you’re satisfied with the design plans, we’ll secure all the necessary approvals, which can be a maze to navigate in Manhattan.

Pre-construction cleaning
Once your project has received the green light, we can help with pre-construction cleaning to prepare for your renovation if you wish. This includes junk removal and organization so your space is clear.

Remodeling management
Next, we’ll move into fully managed remodeling. Our well-trained and cared-for in-house team will ensure your project is built with attention to detail, and we’ll communicate with you clearly every step of the way.
